Apartment location

Our beautiful two-bedroomed (sleeps 6) apartment is in a pleasant, sunny position in the select Residencia Andaluz area of Villamartin located close to three excellent golf courses and a choice of safe, clean beaches. The apartment's shared swimming pool is a few yards from the front door and handily-placed is a supermarket and rather nice bar and restaurant. The championship Villamartin Golf Course, poolside restaurant and Villamartin Plaza are about a mile away. A few minutes by car in the other direction are the sandy cove of La Zenia Beach and the lovely Orihuela Club with olympic-size pool, all-day drinks and tapas bar.

The apartment is situated within its own little community and has a communal pool a few yards away. There is a small garden, a barbeque, a terrace and a driveway to keep a car. For added security, the property has security gates, a burglar alarm and a safe. Unlike most new properties in Spain, it is built with blocks rather than a cast concrete construction - this helps it to stay cool in the sun and warm in the winter.

Villamartin Plaza

The Villamartin plaza is within walking distance of the apartment. You can find everything you need from bars to shops to restaurants. The Plaza offers twenty international bars and restaurants, a bank, a medical centre, shops, a supermarket and also a well stocked tax-free golf shop. During the summer evenings there is a variety of entertainment provided in the Plaza.

Golf

Just down the road is the Villamartin Golf Course. They have a bar and restaurant that can be used even if you are not playing golf.

Within a few minutes drive from the apartment, the beaches are plentiful. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are La Zenia (the nearest), Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
