Prices

1. Prices shown are for one week rentals. Prices based on your departure date for up to four guests
2. 10% discount will be given to returning visitors
3. If more than four guests are staying there is an additional charge of £10 per week for each extra person
4. For large or small parties wishing for extra accommodation, the apartment next door to ours is available for rent too - please contact us to check on the availability
5. Prices are fully-inclusive (including apartment rental, any taxes, electricity, gas, water and use of the pool). Cleaning and clean bedding is also included before arrival
6. If you would like a mid-stay clean and linen change this can be arranged. This service costs an additional £25, but there is a washing machine and cleaning tools in the apartment
7. We will be pleased to arrange transfers from and to Alicante or Murcia airport for you with an English-speaking driver. The cost of this is £20 each way payable locally
8. Car hire from either the airport or from Torrevieja can be arranged by us at a competitive price - Contact us for a quote.

Booking Terms

Payment Conditions

1. A 25% (of total cost) deposit is required for all holidays commencing 9 weeks or more in advance. The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure date.
2. In the event that your deposit is not received within 10 days of our booking confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
3. Should the balance (75%) not be paid at 6 weeks before your departure date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund of deposit.
4. If your departure date is within 8 weeks, the full amount is payable on booking.
5. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit, or full amount, if under 8 weeks, has been received and cheques cleared.

Cancellation Conditions

1. Cancellations are required in writing and sent by recorded delivery.
2. Cancellations will incur the following charges:-
   a. Over 8 weeks prior to holiday start date, loss of deposit only
   b. Over 4 weeks up to 8 weeks, 60% of total amount
   c. Up to 4 weeks, 100% of rental rate

Other Conditions

1. Approximately two to three weeks before your departure we will forward directions from the airport.
2. You may take occupancy anytime from 4pm on your day of arrival, but this can be changed to suit your flight time if availability allows
3. You must vacate the apartment by no later than 12 noon on your last day, but this can be changed to suit your flight time if availability allows
4. You agree to pay for or replace any damage or breakage that has occured during your stay
5. You will be given the keys by our representative at the apartment on arrival.

EC ruling now states that all holiday-makers must have full travel insurance. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance against cancellations, loss of belongings, accident...etc. The 'useful info' section contains details of insurers with extremely competitive rates.
